Xenses is a half-day park with activities over two paths and more than 50 fantastic scenarios to arouse your senses.

At Xenses you will experience activities along two paths especially created to awaken your senses:

Path of Feeling
A tour for your senses through different ecosystems in total darkness, a path that lets you feel like a giant or a dwarf, a little peace of Eden to interact with nature, the inside of the planet among caverns and caves, fun optical illusions, and a delicious lemonade tree in a Xitric Garden.

Path of Doing
It takes you to a crazy Mexican town that will test your balance, a fun waterslide descent, a quiet space to rest on hammocks or cool off in its pool, a zip-line to fly through the air like a bird, and a Natural Xpa with activities to immerse yourself in mud, float in a river of salt, and purify yourself with water streams.

Fantastic Scenarios
Capture extraordinary moments in more than 50 fantastic scenarios: pose in a tunnel of hearts, lift the weight of the world with your hands, float inside a pool without getting wet, kiss a giant stone face, and visit the upside down house, among many others.

If you are searching how to get to Xenses, you must drive south from Cancun through the Chetumal - Puerto Juárez Federal Highway. After passing Playa del Carmen, the exit is about 6 mi (10 km) away, and Xenses Park has free parking. You can also add round-trip transportation from your hotel at the moment of purchase.

Xenses is located 45 miles from Cancun and 3.7 miles from Playa del Carmen.

At Xenses everyone will have fun and are welcome. We recommended a minimum age of 5 years old, as well as to consult the height and weight guidelines for the activities that require it.

We recommend to have breakfast or lunch before visiting the Park. If you get hungry, at Xenses you can buy snacks and drinks to recharge your energies at an additional cost.

Taste is an important sense and not one to be overlooked, so we do have vegetarian options as part of our snacks.

Your admission includes all the activities and attractions of this half day park, which will allow you to take advantage of your time in Cancun or Riviera Maya. Remember that food, beverages and photography services are not included.

Xenses is a half-day Park open Monday to Saturday. If your admission is without transportation, you can arrive from 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m, since it takes about 5 hours to visit the whole park. If your admission is with transportation, in the MORNING arrival is between 8:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. and departure between 2:00 p.m. In the AFTERNOON arrival is between 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. and departure between 6:00 p.m.

Xenses is a half day park with an approximate duration of 5 hours. It is open Monday to Saturday with entrance schedules depending on your admission. If your admission is without transportation, you can arrive from 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Departure depends on the time of your arrival at the Park. If your admission is with transportation, the MORNING arrival is between 8:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m, and departure between 2:00 p.m. The AFTERNOON arrival is between 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. and departure between 6:00 p.m.

Yes, you can get here in your car and leave it in our parking lot free of charge. We also recommend taking advantage of our Tour option, with departures from the comfort of your hotel from 8:00 to 9:00 a.m. or from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m., depending on the location of your hotel.

At Xenses all are welcome, however, due to its operation, some activities do not have the characteristics necessary for the use or access of people in wheelchairs or with disabilities.
